I'm not giving any clues. When the right person comes along, these will all be solved. Or one of you will spot the original picture one day and recognize it right off. This one, in particular, is a hard one and may take some time.

dammit. i definitely had a "Washington, DC" vibe from this photo but hadn't a clue what it could be from. Congrats to ray for the pull.
